Your use of this web site is governed by these terms and conditions. Please take a few minutes to review these terms and conditions. Your use of www.YO-YO-USA.com constitutes your agreement to follow these rules and to be bound by them. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, please do not use YO-YO USA.

STORE HOLIDAYS

Officially, Saturday and Sunday are our store holidays. We are not obligated to ship orders or reply to messages on these days. However, occasionally, we may ship your order on Saturday or reply to some messages to reduce our workload on Monday.

Furthermore, we cannot ship any orders on USPS postal holidays. We may have some irregular holidays to attend yo-yo contests, events, or family affairs. We will announce them as necessary. On those days, we cannot reply to e-mails or ship orders.

Yo-Yo USA reserves the right to handle each order on a case-by-case basis.

OUT OF STOCK

Occasionally we may run out of stock. The system will automatically update to reflect this, but in case your order slips through, we will notify you via e-mail, and then request your preference on whether to:

* Wait for the out-of-stock item to become available, and then send the entire order later. * Switch the out-of-stock item to another color or other product. * Send from our Japan warehouse (We will offer this when it is available and reasonable to do so. There is no extra shipping cost for you. It may take longer but not much more.) * Send item(s) we have now, and send the out-of-stock item(s) later. * Cancel out-of-stock item and ship the rest of order. * Cancel whole order.

EXCHANGE RATE

All prices listed on Yo-Yo USA are based on US Dollars (USD). Exchange rates for charges on your credit card or PayPal may differ from the price on other currencies you see when you order.

SHIPPING

Your order will be shipped with USPS. Some things beyond our control may cause your shipment to be delayed, such as weather or customs delays. We always ship your order the same day or next business day. Your shipping cost is listed when you place an order. You will be responsible for all taxes, duties, and any other fees that may be levied by your country.

All of the shipping options include a tracking number.

PRODUCT LISTINGS

We may unintentionally list some items at the wrong price. If the listed price is not what we intended and you place an order, we reserve the right to cancel your order. We do our best to keep all information correct and current, yet there may be some outdated or incorrect information on the product description or specifications. Please report to or ask us if you see something wrong or you are unsure. We cannot be responsible for any damage or loss from inaccurate listings.

CANCELLATION POLICY & RETURN POLICY

If an order is cancelled after the order has been shipped, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred (not our discounted fixed rates listed below, but the ACTUAL shipping costs we pay to the carrier) and is also responsible for return shipping costs.

Purchases may be returned within 7 days after you've received it. However, please understand that we cannot accept returns if OUR packaging has been opened, as it is the only way to ensure that the yo-yo packages themselves remain unopened. Do not open the shipping package if you intend to return your order!

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used to purchase the item. Please note that this also applies to items received as gifts. If you return a gift, the purchaser will receive a refund in the original form of payment they used to make the purchase.

If you are returning the product because of an initial manufacturing defect, please contact us for assistance for a warranty repairs/parts, replacements, or refunds.

PRODUCT COLORS

We at Yo-Yo USA have done our best to accurately display the colors of the products on our web site. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of these colors will be accurate.

PRODUCT’S PACKAGE CONDITION

We will do our best to ensure your ordered product’s package is in the best condition possible. However, damage can occur between shipping of the product from the manufacturer to us, to you, so we cannot be responsible for any damage to the package, including small scratches and dents to the box. None of this should affect the usability of the goods you order.

ANY FALSE INFORMATION ENTERED IN THE PAYMENT SECTIONS OF THE SITE HEREON CONSTITUTES AS FRAUD AND SUBJECTS THE PARTY ENTERING SAME TO FELONY PROSECUTION UNDER THE FEDERAL LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. VIOLATORS WILL BE PROSECUTED TO THE FULL EXTENT OF THE LAW.
